All items are covered by our 14-day exchange or refund guarantee so please ensure your items reach us within 14 days of receipt. Please note returned items must be unused and in all the original packaging with the tags intact*. All returns are at the buyers cost and will not be refunded by HOT!MESS unless the goods received are faulty or incorrect.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt at our Warehouse. Please allow a further 5-10 working days for any refund to appear in your account.
*If we find that items have not been returned to us in a fully reasonable condition, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the original selling price from the refund amount and in certain cases, can refuse to issue the refund and will return the garment(s) to the buyer. Please note: Underwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons. If underwear items are returned to us in error, items will only be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's cost.
Exchanges are only excepted on a different colour/size of the same item. If an alternative item is required, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. To return/exchange your item: Items must be returned back to: Mysale Group, 1 Brunel Group, Earlstrees Industrial Estate, Corby, Northants, NN17 4JW in their original condition with the completed returns form enclosed (please do not hesitate to contact us for a replacement form if this is lost.) If you are unable to return the original items to HOT!MESS, you will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please note: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We would recommend you use a Tracked Service with Royal Mail when returning your garment(s) and would advise to keep hold of your receipt. If any issues occur during the transit of your parcel back to us, it is your responsibility to resolve it. If your parcel is lost during transit, if you are able to provide a copy of the receipt as proof of postage, we may be able to still issue you a refund.
Your items will not qualify for a refund or return if:
- Items are not in their original condition or there any marks/makeup on the item.
- Items are received in a condition that smell or appear to have been worn.
- HOT!MESS tags have been removed.
- You do not include a copy of your returns form with your garment(s).
- You do not include your name and order number on the returns form.
For returns made outside the Distance Selling Regulations, HOT!MESS will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them. For faulty and incorrect items received, HOT!MESS will refund your original shipping costs (if applicable) or your returns postage.
HOT!MESS aim to process returns within 5 working days of receipt. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have processed your refund, but it may take a further 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Don't forget - refunds can only be given to the original payer so if you decide to refund a gift we can't stop the payer knowing.
